A $5.00 surcharge will be added to visits scheduled
on Saturdays, Sundays, and the
following holidays: New Year's day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve.
A $10.00 surcharge will be added to visits scheduled
on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day |
